How will my games get determined?

For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Member. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

Online Draft
New partner will participate in Online Draft. Draft will be held at a time and date agreeable to the majority of partners. Draft picks will be based on the number of games each partner is purchasing. Draft Order will be set fairly giving all partners a pick in the first round and the remaining picks will be fairly determined based on the proportion of games owned by each partner. The Draft Order shall NOT unfairly benefit or harm any partner(s). All games and tickets shall be included in the draft.

While it wasn't me expectation that I'd be getting all weekend games, your request to choose among night games eliminates almost all Saturday and Sunday games. If I'm taking approximately 1/3 of the season (meant to put 25 games in the offer, did you change that to 14?), would at least like to get that proportion of weekend games.
  • Andy, I have a 50% partner who works full time so since my retirement I attend all 13 or 14 weekday day games and no longer attend night games due to hip replacements and severe arthritis. If you take around 16 weeknight games of your choice the remaining 9 will be weekends. There are 4:00pm-5:00pm weekend late afternoon games you can have plus earlier weekend games. How does that sound?

Since we don't know what the actual game in question are, are you ok with the final payment amount being equal to the face value for the specific games chosen? If so, I'd be in for 25, or however many you'd like to share.
  • Hi Andy, My 50% partner and I split the cost of $5850 and divide that into 83 games which includes the 2 exhibitions vs A's we have to pay for. So if you divide $5850 into 83 it comes out to $70.48 per game. Some games cost as much as $135 (opening day) and Dodger games are also approximately $90+ so no matter what the tiered pricing says on the ticket it averages $70.48 per game.By choosing 25 games you will take one exhibition game and be entitled to one Wild Card or one Division post season game at cost. Please remember there is only one seat and not 2 together but my partner and I generally sit with the same season ticket holders and at times we trade for one of their seats so my partner can take his wife and I can take my girl friend or daughter and now my grand daughter.

#1 - Do you have any openings for new partner? #2 - How does the draft work? I would want the tickets more evenly distributed over the six months, i.e. wouldn't want several week nights in the same week.
  • I have an opening for a new partner. The draft was never explained to me. The tickets will be distributed evenly over 6 months so you wouldn't get several weeknight games in the same week. How many games are you interested in buying?

Ian definitely interested in weekday games. I do prefer day games mostly. Before I commit, I would like to know which games. I do not want to pay, then get stuck with all SD or Colorado night games. Also, does that include any Friday night games?
  • I'll give you a good mix which will include a Dodger game, some Friday nights, weeknights and one weekend day game.

I rejected your offer for the following reason:Comment in "Offer Notes" said "You must take fewer night games" What? Another sentence by STHolder states "15 weeknight games to be offered"
  • The listing was advertised for a month so since then one of my 2 buyers took 20 games instead of 14. That leaves 9 weeknight regular season games left at $66.57 per game = $599.10. This is my average cost per game when you divide $5525 by 83 games (including 2 exhibitions) I must pay for. One Dodger game is included. I believe the Giants charge you a fee for this service.

Two questions: 1. all tix for regular season? 2. Possible for post season tix? 3. List regular season games
  • All regular season games. No post season games offered. I must figure out which games to offer you because I have to consider the other 2 buyers. I attend all the weekday day games because I'm retired.
