How will my games get determined?

For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Member. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

Online Draft
New partner will participate in Online Draft. Draft will be held at a time and date agreeable to the majority of partners. Draft picks will be based on the number of games each partner is purchasing. Draft Order will be set fairly giving all partners a pick in the first round and the remaining picks will be fairly determined based on the proportion of games owned by each partner. The Draft Order shall NOT unfairly benefit or harm any partner(s). All games and tickets shall be included in the draft.

If you want to sell your seat license, you can set up a listing at the Giants Seat License website and if someone buys it before you need to renew tickets, then that person will also buy the tickets.

Most people show a range of prices in their offering....What is the $65 that is referenced in the price per ticket? In the description it says we would pay face value...How can I find out what the face value of the tickets is so I can approximate how much my investment would be?

The tickets have dynamic pricing. Last season games ranged from $43 to $95 depending who we were playing, weekend or day games, etc. $65 is the average.

I am very interested. I used to have season tickets in section 226 from the opening of the Park until the end of 2011. Was a bit burned out and "fell out" with my partner. Ready to get involved again. Question, though, could you explain how the draft would actually work after the first round, for let's say I bought 15 tickets and "Mr. Jones" bought 20. How would that effect the draft, as I couldn't get that from your description. Thanks
