For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Member. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

Online Draft
New partner will participate in Online Draft. Draft will be held at a time and date agreeable to the majority of partners. Draft picks will be based on the number of games each partner is purchasing. Draft Order will be set fairly giving all partners a pick in the first round and the remaining picks will be fairly determined based on the proportion of games owned by each partner. The Draft Order shall NOT unfairly benefit or harm any partner(s). All games and tickets shall be included in the draft.

Sounds fine. They charge 3% so it would amount to $150. A personal or company check is fine too (if you can write that off as a business expense) and save the fees. I'll accept now and you'll need to reply to finish the agreement. Thanks, Bill

Is the aisle to the left or the right?

Hi Chris, It's to the right. In section 126 there is a short aisle that goes only to our row, so there is no through traffic. You don't have to worry about venders or fans. The section where we sit is only six seats wide so we are two seats from the row to our left. Hope this helps. Bill

Hi Matt, Thanks for your interest. Yes, one partner moved so we should have ten games available. I can't promise post-season tickets, there just aren't enough to go around, but I do offer some of the games (presuming we're lucky enough to get there again) on a first-come first-served basis.
