How will my games get determined?

For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Member. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

In Person Draft
New partner will participate in an In Person Draft. Draft will be held at a time and date agreeable to the majority of partners. If a partner cannot attend a date, efforts shall be made to ensure partners picks are fairly selected (for example, ability to call in selection, or the option to send another person to make picks). Draft picks will be based on the number of games each partner is purchasing. Draft Order will be set fairly giving all partners a pick in the first round and the remaining picks will be fairly determined based on the proportion of games owned by each partner. The Draft Order shall NOT unfairly benefit or harm any partner(s). All games and tickets shall be included in the draft.

Just resent offer along with another "question" (a comment really), but not seeing it pop up in the thread. Just double checking that you received the offer again. Alex
  • I accepted but the ticket delivery date isn't correct. We can work that out.

Dave, I'm not exactly sure about the meaning of your last reply. I assume you mean you have a question for your rep about how to transfer tickets? Per your ad and my own requirements, I'd want to pay by PayPal and receive the tickets electronically through my giants tix after our in person meeting. I assume this is how it will proceed. Just keep me in the loop!
  • Please resend your offer.

Dave, sending this again, not sure if last msg got thru. just wondering if we're still good to go. Sounded like we're all good for my purchase of 40 games. I guess all that needs to happen is you need to send me a finalized agreement and I pay? I think my offer "expires" this morning so just wanted to make sure it can get done in time. Otherwise I can resubmit? Again this is all new to me so I apologize in advance if it's too many questions on my end. Looking forward to hearing from you this morning! Alex
  • Waiting on a question in agreement about ticket delivery. Since we Jane not had a draft I can't comply with their narrow options of response. Other than that I have no problems.

Dave I just submitted an offer for 40 games. I am wondering how many other partners have already committed? I would be open to 20 games if necessary. My preference would be to split with A's few folks as possible. I'm new to this whole group thing :) I guess another question is whether I would have some priority over other folks if I bought more games, or if we just go in order and then I'd get whatever is left over?
  • Alex, Basically If you buy 40 games then we will have four draft positions (of 20 games each). you having two, me one and PJay one. We will draw numbers and draft 1-4, 4-1.OK? and Happy New Year Dave

Hi, I would be interested in purchasing a 10 game package, but it seems one has to make an offer for a minimum of 20. I'm probably willing to do that, but thought I would check first to see if purchasing a 10 game package is possible. Thanks in advance for your response!
  • No, for several reasons it's a minimum of 20. Dave

No Worries Dave. I just accepted the offer and look forward to meeting with ya. My wife Jan and I are looking forward to the upcoming Giants season. We so enjoy going to the games. We actually met a Giants game at Candlestick in 1988! I'll be waiting for your acceptance. Thanks! PJay
  • I will gladly accept when I figure out to do it in this system. Perhaps Margot Malone, my ticket relations person will share my contact information. If you can figure it out I would be pleased to make direct contact. Dave Crockett

Hi Mr. Crockett, I got the agreement for the 20 game package. I just have a couple of questions before I agree. The page said that it was a counter-offer, but can't see any changes to the offer I sent. Could you point them out if there were changes. You had answered my wife's inquiry about the tickets that had them at 10% above cost, between $38 and $98. The agreement has all the games at $78. I wanted to see if that is correct. And finally, you had also mentioned being able to have post season ticket availability, but that wasn't in the agreement. Just wanted to check on that. We are looking forward to purchasing the tickets and will do so after I hear back from you. Thanks! PJay Plutzer
  • PJay, As far as I am concerned we have a deal. My counter was only to clarify the pricing, which is "dynamic" not fixed, also to let you know I am waiting on one or two buyers to acquire 40 more games. The "system" does not allow for direct contact even with the Giants, but they should know that a 20 year season ticket holder will honor and protect the relationship. It's the new way. Maybe at some point we will get to meet and talk. Dave

Hi, My wife and I are interested in tickets for the 2017 season. We can commit to the 10-20 games. Will you be splitting tickets for the 2017 season and if yes, when will that be. How do you split the tickets up? What is the pricing for tickets? Would these also include the opportunity to purchase post-season tickets? Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks. PJay Plutzer
  • Yes I am interested in splitting/selling tickets. I will do so at 10% over face value and when I have received indications of interest equal to roughly 40 games. Post Season can be included.

  • I am not selling the PSL.

Was wondering if this was still available for next season and the price. thanks Daniel
  • I sell tickets to friends after taking out 15 or so for myself. I sell them at face value limiting one pair only for a series and all transactions are completed prior to the beginning of the season in April. These would include post season on a prorated basis.
