How will my games get determined?

For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Member. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

In Person Draft
New partner will participate in an In Person Draft. Draft will be held at a time and date agreeable to the majority of partners. If a partner cannot attend a date, efforts shall be made to ensure partners picks are fairly selected (for example, ability to call in selection, or the option to send another person to make picks). Draft picks will be based on the number of games each partner is purchasing. Draft Order will be set fairly giving all partners a pick in the first round and the remaining picks will be fairly determined based on the proportion of games owned by each partner. The Draft Order shall NOT unfairly benefit or harm any partner(s). All games and tickets shall be included in the draft.

If I purchase half the season, does the partnership include postseason rights?

Yes you will be allowed the same rights as other partners. If you are a 1/4 partner, you have rights to 1/4 of the post season. Note that both the draft and post season picks are by seniority. NOTE, the number of post season games is not guaranteed, and some partners may not get games if the Giants do not reach more than the minimum number of games.

How will the ticket for playoffs be divided? As a partner would we be able to take advantage of season ticket member benefits as well ?

Note that both the regular season draft and post season picks are by seniority. We pick in order of who has been in the group the longest. Yes you will be allowed the same rights as other partners. We divide up season ticket holder special events etc. NOTE, the number of post season games is not guaranteed, and some partners may not get games if the Giants do not reach more than the minimum number of games.

So each ticket is $42.50 regardless of the game or does the cost per ticket very depending on the opponent? Just trying to calculate the budget here.

Please note that I calculated the ticket cost incorrectly, and have revised on the Split season website. Our season ticket invoice cost is $7,800 for 2 seats for the season. The season is 81 regular season games and 2 exhibition games. If you divide $7,800 by 2 seats and 81 games the cost is $48.15 each seat per game. We feel that is the most fair way to spread the cost. Note the face values goes up and down based on dynamic pricing by the Giants
