How will my games get determined?

For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Member. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

Online Draft
New partner will participate in Online Draft. Draft will be held at a time and date agreeable to the majority of partners. Draft picks will be based on the number of games each partner is purchasing. Draft Order will be set fairly giving all partners a pick in the first round and the remaining picks will be fairly determined based on the proportion of games owned by each partner. The Draft Order shall NOT unfairly benefit or harm any partner(s). All games and tickets shall be included in the draft.

Hi Dave - I thought that I had accepted and that we were complete - but just saw the offer expired. I had all the info on the offer but it seems the question re: payment delayed it. Apologies but it was my birthday on Wed and I've been a bit swamped with various events. Anyway, I resubmitted the offer. Hopefully all is ok - I am setting up the draft for next week (waiting on other partners to clarify their availability). We can do a check - cashiers or otherwise. I am not sure if they've released your direct email to me yet - but figured that we could iron out the specifics of handoff of check and tickets and the draft timing via email.

Thanks, I'd like to buy 8 games (4 seats per game)... a couple more questions, are all tickets $56, or is there dynamic pricing in play ?? also, hows the sunshine during day games ??

Awesome - we'd love to have you join us. 8 games with 4 seats per works as well. The $56 was an average price since it is difficult to forecast what people will get in the draft and variable pricing makes it a almost impossible. What we have done in the past is true up from what new partners might pay to what their actual costs are. We can discuss further (costs, payments, etc) if you decide to submit an offer. Seats are in the sun during day games and into the afternoon. Also fairly sheltered from wind etc. (for night games). The seats are on the aisle up from the Giants Bullpen (pitcher's mound) and only six rows up. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!!

Hi - we haven't held the draft yet. Though may hold it next week one evening. So, still time for you if you're interested. In terms of games available - all games will be included in the draft except for opening day which I tend to take every year. Draft order will be determined by % partnership and every effort will be made to make sure that everyone gets a fair chance to pick. Happy to answer any other questions you might have. Thanks.
