I've been a season ticket holder but am moving out of the Bay Area so giving that up. However, I would love to have this seat for 10-15 games, likely 12. Would that be agreeable? I am retired and the weekday day games would be my preference for the most part.

Yes, this could work. The only issue is I won’t be able offer a list of games available until close to the beginning of the season as I need to split up tickets with a partner. I normally am able to get most if not all of the weekday day games and can definitely try to get any other games you are interested in.
