Game Exclusions: Opening Day
Playoff Games: Partner/ticket buyer able to purchase playoff tickets.
Additional Financial Terms:
If you have partnered before the season starts, we will take 50% deposit within 3 days of an accepted offer, with the balance due upon assignment and agreement of the games you are buying.
If you have partnered after the season starts, the entire amount of the agreement is do on the payment date.
Game Allocation:
Once you have submitted your deposit, you can submit your wish list of games ranked in your order of preference. We have been able to get most partners at least 85% of your top picks. We will work with you to make sure you are happy with the games you are allocated.
Additional Details:
We have been season ticket holders since Candlestick, but now live in Southern California so we want to share our great seats with other Die-Hard Giants Fans!!! These seats are AMAZING!

How will my games get determined?

For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Member. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

Online Draft
New partner will participate in Online Draft. Draft will be held at a time and date agreeable to the majority of partners. Draft picks will be based on the number of games each partner is purchasing. Draft Order will be set fairly giving all partners a pick in the first round and the remaining picks will be fairly determined based on the proportion of games owned by each partner. The Draft Order shall NOT unfairly benefit or harm any partner(s). All games and tickets shall be included in the draft.

I submitted an offer a while ago but you said that you didn't think you had enough good games left. I'm interested in the ones you show that you have left. My offer reflects that one of the games is an exhibition game and I think the total will still be above face value for all tickets. Please consider my offer and I hope you will accept.

Hi Sean, Just did an update to the list, 2 more games got taken by current partners. Also, your offer was less than the request price and i'd rather not discount the tickets. The giant's should approve the update to the listing shortly and you will be able to see the games that are available as of today. Best Regards, Susie

Hi Sean, sorry about that, I'm in South Africa on business without much internet connection. I think I have about 25 games left - it's still a pretty good mix. Can you wait until I get back to the states on Monday, so I can double check the count? I have season tix across the aisle from you a few rows back, and need a few games to accommodate family. Mainly opening day and several Sunday games..am willing to take just seat 8 if possible and if you need extra(s) for some I might be able to reciprocate.

HI, we currently have 3 partners purchasing 36 games so far. I tried to do a draft one year and scheduling became a nightmare, using the list format allowed my partners to get more of the games they wanted and a lot less hassle.

Post season will be split between the partners with the partner who purchased the most games picking first, then next most and so on. Last post season i had 5 partners and everyone got to go to at least one game on NLCS and/or WS
