How will my games get determined?

For this listing, you would offer to purchase a certain number of games and tickets from the Season Ticket Member. The actual games and tickets you would get would be determined at a later date using the the following method:

Online Draft
New partner will participate in Online Draft. Draft will be held at a time and date agreeable to the majority of partners. Draft picks will be based on the number of games each partner is purchasing. Draft Order will be set fairly giving all partners a pick in the first round and the remaining picks will be fairly determined based on the proportion of games owned by each partner. The Draft Order shall NOT unfairly benefit or harm any partner(s). All games and tickets shall be included in the draft.

I want only 10 games? Is that possible? If not, can you team me up with someone else who wants 10 games?

Are tickets for all games $85 or does it vary? If they are all the same, is this amount based on the average face value of all games? Are there any additional "convenience" or miscellaneous fees?

$85 is my average cost per ticket for the season. My intent was to just charge that for everyone for every game, just because that's how my previous partnership worked. If I get multiple partners that want to pay actual face value for each individual game, I guess I can do it that way. Just more bookkeeping for me. I think the Giants charge a flat fee of something like 30-40 bucks to each partner for splitting season tickets, but I don't charge anything extra; ticket price only.
