Are the seats closer to right field in the row or closer towards home plate in the row? Also, is there any view obstruction at all, like the plastic wind screen or any railings? -
The seats are lined up between the pitcher's mound and first base. There is actually a row (00) in front of row 1. The railing is below the seats in row 00 so the railing does not block your view. The seats are the 5th and 6th seats in from the aisle.

There is actually a row (00) in front of row 1. The only traffic will be when the fans/seatholders in row 00 move to and from their seats. The railing in the front row is lower than the seats in that row. The seats are the 5th and 6th seats in from the aisle.
